Last update: 07/19/2022
We at the Grow42 Marketing and Advertising Agency highly value your privacy. Therefore, we have drafted this privacy policy to clarify exactly what information will be retained about you, how it will be used, who will have access to it, and the ways in which you can obtain a copy of the information or correct it if it is incorrect or outdated.
Who are we?
Grow42 is an advertising agency specializing in marketing, promotion, and advertising businesses, starting from creating the design language, and logo creation, to promotion and advertising on social media.
Are you required to provide us with information?
According to Section 11 of the Privacy Protection Law, any request for information about individuals requires notifying them whether there is a legal obligation to provide the information or whether the provision of information depends on their willingness. In this case, there is no obligation to provide the information, and the provision of the information depends on the free will of the data subjects.
What personal information do we retain about you?
In brief: When you use the service and contact us, we may retain information about you. This information may be identifying information or non-identifying information. The identifying information we will retain includes your full name, contact details such as your phone number and email address, location details, including precise or approximate location, address, or area of residence, as well as any information provided to us during the services or via contact forms.
What non-identifying information will be retained about you?
Non-identifying information may still allow others to learn about you. Therefore, it is important to know that we retain the following information and only this: segmented information, which allows us to divide our users into tailored groups, and technical information received during communication with you.
How is information about you collected?
The way information is collected affects the considerations of using our services. Therefore, it is important to provide accurate information about the collection of your information. We collect the information provided to us only during the use of our service.
How is your information used?
The way we use your information affects different choices and the relevant purposes for processing the information. We use it for service provision purposes and, if requested by you, to transfer information to a specific entity, we will do so.
Who else has access to the information?
In general, the fewer people have access to your information, the better. In the case of our service, our employees have access under confidentiality obligations; also, in certain cases, we may provide temporary access to those required for service provision under a specific data processing agreement.
Who are the third parties with access?
Third parties are external services that gain access to information and assist us in providing the service. Each of them signs a document called a “data processing agreement” and, in an optimal scenario, a due diligence check was conducted according to the privacy authority guidelines on outsourcing. In our case, no third parties gain access to the information.
How can we contact you?
The more contact attempts we make, the more you may feel harassed and your privacy compromised. Therefore, it is important to clarify our expectations from the relationship. We send periodic updates via email and text messages and may contact you if an authorized authority requests us to do so.
Can you review, correct, or update the information about you?
According to Section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to review the information retained about you. According to Section 14 of the law, you can update or correct information that is no longer up-to-date. Under Israeli law, there is no obligation to allow you to delete information, but if you contact the data protection officer in the database, they can provide a specific response to this issue.
And what about cookies?
A cookie is a small file placed on your computer, allowing us to save details like login and contact information on each page. On the other hand, hostile entities can use cookies to track you across the web. In our service, we do not use cookies.
And what about security incidents?
Currently, Israeli law does not require database owners to notify you about security incidents that have occurred, but it requires reporting to the privacy authority. However, database owners can always provide you with better protection. In our case, we comply with the legal obligation and will report in case an authorized authority instructs us to report a security incident. Complaints will be examined at our discretion.
